A little help

Make yourself comfortable.

Read together, stay curious, and leave room for every answer.

How do I join?

Confirm your age on the starting page, then choose Continue as a guest. An invitation is only needed to create an account, which keeps your results and history across devices.

One screen or two devices?

On one screen, each highlighted moment opens two named rating rows. Choose separately, then each submit your own answers to move to the next story together. For two devices, open Partner, choose a reading length, and send your private link. Your partner joins however they like and sets their preferences; once you confirm them, the same reading opens on both devices. Links last up to 24 hours and admit one partner.

How do I keep my results?

Guest sessions and free accounts keep completed results for 24 hours; Plus keeps them for 30 days. Creating an invited account transfers your guest session, and signing in offers Save my guest session — neither restores results that already expired. In a partner reading, each person’s history follows their own access, and the person who sent the link is the primary account for shared paid features.

I forgot my password or used email links before.

Choose Forgot your password on the sign-in page. Reset links last 10 minutes and work once. Existing email-link accounts can also use the setup link on the sign-in page, then choose a username and password in You.

When are answers shared?

On two devices, each person reads at their own pace and gets a personal recap on finishing. In new readings, joint results include only the ratings, selected passages, notes, and reflections you explicitly share, after both finish. Older readings keep their original sharing agreement. On one screen, both people can see the screen; sharing controls determine what appears in joint results.

Can I change my mind?

Yes. Change a response before you finish that story. Choose Stop to end the reading and delete its responses for both people. To pause without deleting, return home or hide the screen.

What do the results mean?

Rate suggested moments or select your own passages. Results show exact responses and meanings you explicitly selected, with links to their evidence. You can mark an interpretation Accurate, Partly, or Not quite and add a correction. Joint insights require shared evidence; a hard no never becomes a positive suggestion. A result is a starting point for conversation, never permission or a promise.

Can I skip or choose my own passages?

Yes. Skip a suggested moment, or explicitly skip the remaining moments before submitting. A skip is never counted as a negative response. Select text and choose Rate selected passage, or use Choose a passage without dragging to select a sentence. Personal highlights and the reflection after reading are optional.

Can I read without an internet connection?

An internet connection is needed to save and synchronize responses. A response is only saved after the request succeeds. If the connection drops, keep the page open and try again when you are online.

How do I remove my information?

Remove completed results from your own history on the results page; your partner keeps their own access until it expires. Disconnecting stops unfinished readings but keeps completed results. Deleting your account in You erases the readings you participated in, including shared responses.

How does the level meter work?

The meter runs 1 to 10. Pull it up and each new level shows the acts it opens; nothing above your level can appear in a story. Inside an open level you can switch off any single act, and it stays off even if you raise the meter later. Reading together uses the lower of your two levels and leaves out anything either of you switched off.

What is included in this alpha?

The library holds 5 commissioned stories, which support the reading, reaction, and results experience. A reading is 3 stories, subject to your level and anything you switched off. The library will keep growing.
